Wines from Spain, Italy, France & Portugal shine on our extensive wine list. Our house beer on tap is…the Spanish Estrella Galicia, a first in the Netherlands. Salud! And you can also enjoy delicious international cocktails.

Inside & Out

The interior design of L’Esquina is cheerful and colorful with low dining tables and seating at the bar. The spacious outdoor terrace is covered and an extension of the inside of the restaurant.

Here you can sit nice & warm year-round… because the terrace is fully heated. The design and styling of Cantina L’Esquina was provided by well-known design agency “Too many agencies”.

Neighbours

Yes! Cantina L’esquina has lovely neighbours with Visaandeschelde on its left and The Traveller across the street. The concept of Cantina L’Esquina is the idea of the owners Michiel Deenik (known for Visaandeschelde and The Traveller), Neal Valentijn (co-owner of The Traveller) and Robin de Veen (former manager of The Traveller).

Together they embark on this new adventure with Robin de Veen in the leading role as host. All three are inspired by their shared drive for entrepreneurship and the passion for delicious sunny flavors of the countries around the Mediterranean.
